Online booking through the service is free for clients.

Yes. The service is optimized for smartphones and tablets. Clients can book from their phone, and administrators can manage schedules and bookings.
For the initial setup it's more convenient to use a tablet or computer, since you'll need to fill in information about the company, services and work schedule.

Registration takes about 10 minutes. All the data you enter can be changed later, so to get started it's enough to fill in the essential information.

  1. Company — name, address/online, industry and phone number.
  2. Work schedule — working days, days off and the rules for opening booking times.
  3. Services — name, duration, color and price of services.
  4. Operators — users who are allowed access to the schedule.
  5. Clients - ways to confirm a booking.
  6. Notifications — notification settings for administrators and clients.
  7. Information — company description, photos and additional information.
  8. Confirmation of the manager's phone number.

After that, the schedule is ready to use.

Create schedule

The service offers several pricing plans, including a free one. You can compare plan features on the Pricing page.

The service will automatically switch to the free plan. Your account will keep working, and client bookings will not be stopped.

Yes. A single company can create multiple schedules for different specialists, rooms or departments.
When creating a booking, the schedule is selected first, then the service and the free time slot.
You can add a new schedule in [Settings] → [General Information]. Each schedule has its own work hours, services, address and other settings.
The owner has access to all schedules and the company's shared settings. In [Settings] → [Authorization] you can add administrators and specify which schedules each of them can access.
The client database is shared across the whole company. If needed, an administrator can be given owner rights.

If a company switches from a single schedule to several, existing bookings and settings are kept and moved to the first schedule.

The following reports are available in the service:
  1. Summary report — number of bookings, busy and free time.
  2. Visit log — the complete history of bookings and visits.
  3. Service analysis — the number and duration of services provided over the selected period.
  4. Monthly trends — number of visits and hours worked per month.
  5. Client analysis — client information and their visit history.
  6. Action log — a history of who created, deleted or rescheduled bookings, and when.
You can see the reports in action in demo mode, in the "Reports" section: Demo access as a company

In [Settings] → [Operators] you can add administrators and specify which schedules each of them can access.
By default, only the company owner can change the shared settings. If needed, owner rights can be granted to another administrator.

Yes. To connect your own domain:
  1. Register a domain name with any registrar.
  2. Contact support and tell us the domain name.
  3. We'll send you the settings you need to connect it.
  4. Enter the settings we send you in your domain's control panel.
  5. Once the DNS updates, your online booking page will be available at your own domain.
Administrators and clients can sign in to the service using a code sent by SMS or email. If you prefer, you can set a password in your profile and use it to sign in.

For extra account security, you can enable two-factor authentication (OTP).

After a successful sign-in, the browser remembers you, so you usually won't need to sign in again. Exceptions are incognito mode, disabled cookies, or signing out of your account.

You can open only part of your working hours for online booking and keep the rest for manual entries. However, it's more convenient to keep all bookings in a single schedule — that way free time always stays up to date and bookings don't overlap.

Yes. Contact support and we'll remove your company from the public list. The page will remain available only via a direct link.

If needed, notifications to clients can also be turned off in your account.
The full list of features and connection options is available on the Integration page.
In [Settings] → [Notifications], click the "Text" button next to the notification you want.
On the page that opens you'll see the current template and the default template. You can submit a request to change the text. Once it's reviewed, the new template will be applied. You can add a phone number, address, company name and other information to the message.
Yes. In [Settings] → [General Information] → [Internet Address] you can choose your own page name.
For example: https://timeplan.me/olga.
Short, catchy names may already be taken.

The service is also available under a second site name, and both names keep working - your page stays reachable at either of them.
You can switch the name your pages use in your account, in the [Calendar] → [Share] → [Switch to a different name] window.
An administrator can create bookings without entering the client's phone number.
You can let clients book without confirming their number in the section:
[Settings] → [Authorization] - [Allow clients to book without number confirmation (CAPTCHA instead of SMS confirmation). Anonymous booking.].
SMS notifications aren't sent to unconfirmed numbers. When booking without SMS confirmation, CAPTCHA is used instead.
Yes. Clients can book from any country without any extra settings.

For services provided at a physical address, booking times are shown in the company's time zone. If the company's and the client's time zones differ, the client will see a note about which city's time zone the time is shown in.

For online services, the time is shown in the client's own time zone. Next to the time, the service shows a note, for example: "🕒 Time shown in your time zone (Europe/Moscow, UTC+3)".
If you couldn't find what you're looking for on the site or in the FAQ, write to support.
Some additional settings are hidden to keep the interface simple, and can be changed through support. For example:
  • Start and end of the working day in 30-minute steps, for example from 8:30 to 17:30
  • A two-days-on, two-days-off schedule, or working on odd/even days
  • A separate phone number for each branch or schedule
  • Changing the schedule for sending reports by email
  • Owner rights for several users
We collect user requests and prioritize developing the most requested features.

Timeplan.me has been running since 2011. Since then the service has evolved along with users' needs and gradually gained new features for automating bookings and client management. An updated version of the service launched in the fall of 2015, and Timeplan.me kept running and serving clients throughout.
