So people can focus on their work, without being distracted by phone calls, messages, or routine tasks. So clients don’t forget their appointments — and businesses don’t lose income.

The idea came from real life. A well-known barber had a two-week waiting list, but he was constantly interrupted during work. At that time, there were no good online tools. Scheduling was done on paper, by an elderly lady over the phone. Sometimes she didn’t hear well. Sometimes she left her phone at home. It wasn’t reliable. And reminders turned out to be very useful — especially for men, who often forget appointments.

That’s how the first version of the system was born — and it later grew into a full-featured online scheduling platform. First clients started using it back in 2011. Since then, the system has been constantly evolving, based on real feedback and needs. Everything that can be automated — is automated. When people ask similar questions, I redesign the interface to make things more clear. The focus is always on reliability, simplicity, and real value.

This project was built step by step, and today it is a stable and flexible solution, ready for high load. It is based on many years of professional software experience. I’ve worked on large-scale SMS platforms with millions of users, travel search engines with billions of combinations, and modern medical systems used by patients around the world.

Every line of code in timeplan.me is written with care for stability, security, and future growth. There is no team of designers, marketers, or investors behind the project. It is built by one person who knows what users really need — and focuses on delivering just that. That’s why the service remains affordable and technically solid..

I'm a developer first of all, so I focus more on technical reliability and ease of use than on visuals or marketing. Honestly, I don’t enjoy making videos or polishing visuals — but without that, people often don’t understand what the service is about. That’s just how things are now: people often judge the “candy” by the wrapper.

There are no tricks, no aggressive marketing. Just honest work and a real product. All messages are read personally. Good ideas are implemented. Common questions become reasons to improve. If something is confusing — it gets simplified. If something is inconvenient — it gets fixed.
